With a long-term vision, we have established a professional technical team adopting the latest 3-D software in product and tooling design.
We have developed four pump technology platforms: turbine pumps, ge-rotor pumps, roller pump and vane pump, which enables us to develop new products in relatively short period of time. We are also able to develop fuel pump assembly in sync with OEM’s overall development process supported by our internal comprehensive and rigorous tests. In new product and new process development, we give special attention to the preparation and compiling of APQP, FEMA, PPAP and control plans documentation to ensure effective overall quality management. |

| Using the Visual EMCAD software in motor design, we are able to conduct full advanced planning and situation on structure, materials, magnetic circuit, and performance, and also conduct simulation to accurately and timely identify possible defects. This enables us to change and improve in advance. |

Independent Innovation Automation and Numerical Control
Chinese companies have not mastered a reliable and effective fuel pump manufacturing approach. However, we have been adopting many of the internationally advanced manufacturing skills, industrial automation theory, in addition to growing our hands-on experience. With these assets, we have independently developed a variety of new process engineering techniques and methods. Also, we have widely adopted PRC and PC automation control system, and consolidated our assembly lines, which enables us to develop a database for component manufacturing. |
